Terms

1.Using Unite Padel

Unite Padel provides information about padel venues to help you find somewhere to play. We do not take bookings, take payment, or act as an agent for any venue.

2.Accuracy

We work to keep venue information accurate but cannot guarantee that court availability, facilities, pricing or opening hours are current. Always confirm details with the venue before travelling.

4.Independence

Unite Padel is an independent padel discovery platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by listed venues unless expressly stated. A booking link takes you to the venue or its own booking provider; we do not confirm bookings, hold court availability on their behalf, or have an authorised availability integration with any provider.

5.Accounts and what you post

An account is optional. You are responsible for what you put on Unite — your username, profile, games you create and anything you write in a game. Do not impersonate other people or venues, post abusive, discriminatory, sexual, threatening or unlawful content, spam other players, or submit venue information you know to be false. By posting content you allow us to host and display it inside Unite for the purpose of running the product.

6.Playing with other people

Unite helps players find each other and find courts. It does not vet players, and a game arranged on Unite is an arrangement between the players themselves. Padel is a physical sport: you take part at your own risk, you are responsible for your own fitness, insurance and safety, and you should take the same care meeting anyone you have not met before as you would anywhere else. A recorded play is a player's own statement about a game, not a verification by Unite.

7.Reporting, moderation and suspension

You can block another player and report a profile, a game or a venue listing from within Unite. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features or suspend or close an account where these terms are broken. We keep a record of moderation decisions so they can be reviewed.

8.Ending your account

You can delete your account permanently at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your profile, your plays, your social connections and your Passport.

9.Our content

The Unite Padel name, site, app, design and compiled venue database belong to Unite Padel Ltd. Third-party data used in our listings is credited on our data sources page and remains subject to its own licence.

10.Pro Subscriptions

Venue Pro and Coach Pro are paid subscription services intended for business and professional use only.

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and automatically renew each month until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Pro features will remain available until that date.

Cancelling a subscription does not normally generate a refund for amounts already paid or for any unused portion of the current billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Unite Padel.

If a subscription payment fails, Unite Padel may retry payment and may suspend or end Pro access if payment remains unsuccessful.

Prices, currencies and any applicable taxes or charges will be shown at checkout.

Venue Pro and Coach Pro do not purchase venue verification, ranking guarantees, live availability access, bookings, leads or any guaranteed level of exposure, traffic or commercial performance.

By purchasing Venue Pro or Coach Pro, the purchaser confirms that the subscription is being purchased for business or professional purposes.

Unite Padel may change Pro subscription pricing or features in the future. Existing subscribers will be given appropriate notice where required before a change affecting their subscription takes effect.
