Refund & Cancellation Policy

Venue Pro and Coach Pro are monthly subscriptions for business and professional use. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Pro access remains active until the paid-through date.

Payments already made are normally non-refundable, including any unused portion of a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Unite Padel.

If a subscription payment fails, Unite Padel may retry payment and may suspend or end Pro access if payment remains unsuccessful.
